I am a regular customer of your Henrietta location. A few days ago I visited again to get my hair permed. The young lady who gave me the perm was named Megan DiPote. I wanted to let you know what a remarkable young lady this is. Not only is Megan quite skilled in her trade but she has finely tuned customer service skills. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's and while there I mentioned that I had just lost my cell phone and was concerned as I always call my Mother for her medicines. Megan immediately took out her cell phone for me to contact my Mother. I must say too that I was quite pleased with my perm and cut. I also understand that her skills and customer service abilities are a tribute to her fine instructors there at Continental. I am always impressed by the instructors and staff on my visits. Please let Megan know how much she is appreciated. Also, please let the instructors and staff at this site know what a fine job they are doing. Thank you.
